And in keeping up with the pumpkin theme... Here is my favorite pumpkin bread recipe. Sur La Table and Amazon have great bread pans. Mine is from Sur La Table Enjoy!~
Recipe:
first step:
heat oven to 350 and I use baking spray flour for my pumpkin bread pans
wet ingredients:
blend 3 c sugar with 1 c of vegetable oil
add 3 eggs and 16 ounces of pumpkin puree and tsp of vanilla-mix
in sifter:
sift 3 c flour with 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg and 1/2 tsp salt
add mixture to wet ingredients-mix
split between two bread pans and you are going to bake for about 1 hr and 5 ish minutes...check with toothpick and avoid opening oven before that.
